Return Policy

We are sure that you will be extremely pleased with your item although you may feel that you wish to return the order. Items can be returned for a refund on the product cost within 7 days of delivery and after receiving a returns number from us. We will refund the cost of the item but postage must be covered by the buyer. With reference to any food stuffs purchased including tea once this has been delivered we cannot accept returns unless it is in some way faulty or we have sent the order in error. You statutory rights are not affected.
